What happens after you book

After completing your booking, you will receive a link for appointment scheduling and a brief fertility questionnaire. The process is as follows:

Step 01: Visit the lab for your blood test at your chosen time slot.
Step 02: Expect to receive your test report within 3-4 working days.
Step 03: Discuss your results with our doctor over a consultation.

What is the In-Depth Hormonal Screening about?

This screening is designed to provide you with a clear picture of your hormonal health. By analysing a comprehensive panel of hormones, we can help you understand factors that may affect your fertility and guide you towards informed decisions about your reproductive future.

• Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) Blood Test: Measures your ovarian reserve, giving an estimate of the remaining egg supply.
• Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and Thyroxine (Free T4): Assesses thyroid health, which can significantly influence fertility.
• Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH): Higher levels could indicate challenges such as premature ovarian failure, while lower levels may suggest pregnancy or hormonal imbalances.

Preparation for Test

No need to fast
If your periods are no longer regular, you can get this test done anytime
If your periods are still regular, please get this test done on Day 2-5 of your menstrual cycle (the first day of your period is Day 1)
Please note that upon arrival at the lab, you may be asked to rest for 30 minutes to help stabilise your hormone levels before the blood test.

Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase. Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund. Taylor reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any cancellations / refunds except in the following scenarios:

• The patient is medically unable to complete the service    
• System errors resulting in duplicated orders or order errors    
• Taylor is unable to provide the service purchased        
• Any cancellation request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and at least 3 days prior to the appointment date.    
• Except in special cases, there would be no cancellations / refunds as long as the service has started
• Please note that Taylor does not allow for any cancellations due to change of mind. We seek your understanding for this.
