How it works‍

This refill service is for women already taking Menopause Hormonal Therapy (MHT) / Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) prescribed by a licensed doctor.

Common brands we carry include:

The cost is typically around $50–$80 per month, and you can choose to refill for 1, 3, or 6 months at a time.

A note on compounded “bio-identical” creams

If you’re currently using compounded creams, it’s important to know that these are not licensed medications, and their long-term safety as hormonal treatments has not been confirmed by rigorous studies. At Taylor, we don’t prescribe compounded creams, but we can help you transition to the closest approved bio-identical option that is safe and effective for your symptoms.

Is it safe for me?

For most healthy women under 60 or within 10 years of menopause, MHT is considered safe and often beneficial. It helps protect against bone loss and, if started early, may even reduce the risk of heart disease.

When reviewing your refill request, your doctor will:

• Check your BMI, blood pressure, and overall health to ensure treatment is still safe for you.
• Review whether any new risks have developed since your last prescription, or if your previous treatment wasn’t effective.

Breast screening requirements

• A mammogram report from the past year is sufficient for most women.
• If you have dense breast tissue, a breast ultrasound may also be required, as mammograms alone may not provide a complete picture.
• If your mammogram does not include a formal report, we’ll help you arrange another scan. This can sometimes be claimable via Medisave.

‍Terms and Conditions

Kindly note that the consultation fee is non-refundable, even if your clinician determines that HRT / MHT refill is not suitable for you. Also, appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase. Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund. Taylor reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any cancellations / refunds except in the following scenarios:

• The patient is medically unable to complete the service    
• System errors resulting in duplicated orders or order errors    
• Taylor is unable to provide the service purchased        
• Any cancellation request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and at least 3 days prior to the appointment date.    
• Except in special cases, there would be no cancellations / refunds as long as the service has started
• Please note that Taylor does not allow for any cancellations due to change of mind. We seek your understanding for this.
