Cancellation Policy
We do not accept any cancellations / refunds except in the following scenarios:
- The patient is medically unable to complete the service
- System errors resulting in duplicated orders or order errors
- Taylor is unable to provide the service purchased
- Any cancellation request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and at least 3 days prior to the appointment date.
- Except in special cases, there would be no cancellations / refunds as long as the service has started
- Please note that Taylor does not allow for any cancellations due to change of mind. We seek your understanding for this.
Mutual No Wait Policy
We know your time is precious, and no one likes waiting around at a clinic. That’s why we do our best to keep things running on schedule—so you get the care you need, without the unnecessary wait.
If we’re ever running late, we’ll make it right:
- More than 5 minutes? You’ll get $3 credited per 5 minutes of delay, applied to your next bill.
- More than 15 minutes? We’ll credit your full consultation fee; we value your time as much as you do.
How You Can Help Us Keep Things Moving
A late appointment can set off a ripple effect for everyone after, so we ask that you arrive on time.
If you’re running late:
- Within 5 minutes – No worries, we’ll hold your slot.
- After 5 minutes – A $3 late fee per 5 minutes will be added to your next bill.• After 10 minutes – You may need to wait for the next available slot, or your appointment may be canceled (with no refund).
Rescheduling:
We completely understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 4 hours before your appointment (with up to 2 changes allowed).
Taylor reserves the right to update this policy. Any changes will be reflected on our website or app.
