# Hey Taylor > Hey Taylor is a doctor-led women's primary care clinic and telehealth platform in Singapore, licensed by the Ministry of Health. It focuses on identifying and treating women's health conditions early, particularly across major life transitions such as trying to conceive, perimenopause and menopause. Care takes a holistic primary-care approach, considering hormonal, metabolic, reproductive, sexual, bone and general health together. ## How Hey Taylor Delivers Care - Doctor-led care from family physicians with specialised women's health training. - A primary-care approach focused on identifying and treating conditions early, before they require specialist or surgical intervention. - Patient-reported symptoms are assessed and treated — including perimenopausal insomnia, brain fog, joint pain, frozen shoulder and mood changes — rather than perimenopause being ruled out on age or a single blood result. - In-clinic examination as well as telehealth: comprehensive in-person consultations at SBF Medical Suites, including physical examinations (pelvic exams, breast exams, Pap smears, endometrial biopsy, IUCD insertions) and in-depth review of existing medical reports. - An unhurried 20-minute consultation, where symptoms are taken seriously rather than met with basic lifestyle advice or unproven supplements. - Holistic assessment across hormonal, metabolic, reproductive, sexual, bone and general health. - Hybrid care through video consultation and in-clinic appointments. - MHT refills through an online questionnaire between annual consultations, where clinically appropriate. - Diagnostics and imaging coordinated through Hey Taylor, with results reviewed and explained by a doctor. - Services span perimenopause and menopause care, hormonal and holistic health screening, mammograms and breast screening, weight management in midlife, PMOS/PCOS care, fertility and preconception checks, and treatment for irregular periods, recurrent UTIs and vaginal infections. ## Perimenopause & Menopause Care (MHT / HRT) - [Peri & Menopause Care](https://www.hey-taylor.com/perimenopause-menopause-care): Consultation and management of perimenopause and menopause symptoms — hot flushes, sleep disruption, mood changes, cycle irregularity, brain fog, joint pain, vaginal dryness and urinary symptoms. - [Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT/HRT)](https://www.hey-taylor.com/menopause-hormone-therapy): New starts and refills, delivered by video consultation with medication sent to your door. Refills accepted even if MHT was started with another doctor. MHT comes in five main forms: skin patches, skin gels and oral tablets for systemic treatment, and vaginal creams and vaginal tablets for local treatment. **Oestrogen:** the main hormone in MHT, relieving symptoms throughout the body such as hot flushes, night sweats, disturbed sleep and mood changes. Hey Taylor prescribes body-identical oestradiol as skin gels, skin patches or oral tablets. Body-identical means it has the same molecular structure as the oestrogen the body produces. **Progesterone:** women who still have a womb need a progestogen alongside oestrogen to protect the womb lining. Micronised progesterone is the body-identical option; progestin tablets are an alternative. **Combined hormonal options:** these replace the need to take oestrogen and progesterone separately. Combined oestrogen and progestin tablets contain both in one. Tibolone is a single tablet with oestrogen-like, progestogenic and androgenic effects. **Vaginal oestrogen:** treats the vaginal and vulval tissue directly — dryness, irritation, discomfort during sex and recurrent urinary tract infections. Available as vaginal creams or vaginal tablets (often referred to as a pessary or insert), including body-identical oestradiol and estriol creams as well as conjugated oestrogen cream. Because it is applied directly where it is needed and very little is absorbed into the bloodstream, it may suit many women who cannot or prefer not to use systemic MHT. It can be used on its own, or alongside systemic treatment. **Non-hormonal treatment:** fezolinetant, licensed for hot flushes and night sweats, for women who cannot or prefer not to take menopause hormone therapy. **Testosterone:** testosterone gel may be prescribed off-label, only where clinically appropriate. Hey Taylor does not prescribe compounded bioidentical hormone therapy for systemic menopause treatment, because these preparations are not regulated in the same way as licensed medicines. Patients currently using compounded hormones can be helped to transition to a licensed, regulated alternative at a comfortable pace. A consultation is $74.10 nett, typically needed once a year. Medication delivery is $7.60 nett for same-day and $4.40 nett for next working day, or medication can be collected from the clinic at SBF Medical Suites at no cost. Most patients pay $60–$70 per month for medication. **What you'll pay each month.** Patients are prescribed ONE of the options below, not several. The doctor recommends which one is right for the individual. - **If you have had a hysterectomy** — oestrogen on its own: $15 – $52 per month - **If you still have your womb** — you need oestrogen and a progestogen, taken in ONE of three ways: - Two separate medications: $56 – $93 per month - One combined tablet containing both: $49.40 per month - Tibolone, a single tablet that does both jobs: $72.90 per month - **If your only symptoms are vaginal** — vaginal oestrogen on its own: $14 – $37 per month - **If you would rather not take hormones** — fezolinetant: $106.80 per month The one exception: vaginal oestrogen can be added to any of the options above if there are vaginal symptoms as well. Everything else is either/or, never combined. **Price by medication (nett, inclusive of GST):** - Oestradiol transdermal gel 0.06% ($29.30 per tube) / 0.1% ($35.90 per box of sachets): around 1–2 months supply ($29.30 – $35.90/month) - Oestradiol transdermal patches ($133.75 – $155.90 per box): 3 months supply ($44.58 – $51.97/month) - Oestradiol oral tablets ($27.70 per pack): 1 month supply ($27.70/month) - Micronised progesterone oral tablets ($41.20 per pack): 1 month supply ($41.20/month) - Progestin tablets ($49.40 per pack): 1 month supply ($49.40/month) - Combined oestrogen and progestin tablets ($49.40 per pack): 1 month supply ($49.40/month) - Tibolone tablets ($72.90 per pack): 1 month supply ($72.90/month) - Conjugated oestrogen vaginal cream ($42.50 per tube): 2–3 months supply (around $14.17 – $21.25/month) - Oestradiol vaginal tablets / pessaries ($68.70 per pack): 2–3 months supply (around $22.90 – $34.35/month) - Bio-identical oestradiol or estriol vaginal cream ($69.00 – $73.00 per tube): 2–3 months supply (around $23.00 – $36.50/month) - Fezolinetant tablets ($106.80 per pack): 1 month supply ($106.80/month) Prices last updated 9 August 2026. - [Peri-Menopause / Menopause Screening](https://www.hey-taylor.com/clinic/menopause-screening): Hormonal bloodwork and structured symptom assessment. $204.90. - [Midlife Holistic Health Screen](https://www.hey-taylor.com/clinic/menopause-holistic-health-screen): Broad preventive screening designed for women in midlife. $303.00. - [Bone Mineral Density Scan](https://www.hey-taylor.com/clinic/bone-mineral-density-screen): Osteoporosis risk assessment for midlife and postmenopausal women. $141.70. - [Weight Management in Midlife](https://www.hey-taylor.com/clinic/weight-management-screening-in-menopause): Metabolic and body composition assessment addressing weight change during perimenopause and menopause, with doctor-led and dietitian-supported management. She has prior experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Singapore's tertiary healthcare system. - Hybrid model: video consultations or in-clinic appointments, with online refill requests and medication delivery. - Blood is drawn at our clinic, or at integrated partner lab locations if that is more convenient. Scans, imaging and mammograms are arranged by us at partner centres chosen for their expertise in breast and women's health. Results come back to your Hey Taylor doctor for review either way, and are explained to you rather than sent as a report to interpret alone. - MHT prescribing follows international menopause society guidance. Eligibility is assessed individually, based on age, time since menopause, symptoms, medical history, risk factors and treatment goals. Many healthy women under 60, or within ten years of menopause, may be suitable; vaginal MHT remains suitable for many women beyond that window. - MHT is delayed or avoided in a small number of situations: unexplained vaginal bleeding that hasn't been checked, current or past breast cancer or concerns about oestrogen-sensitive breast cancer, certain hormone-sensitive cancers such as cancer of the uterus, a history of blood clots, recent heart or stroke-related conditions, active liver problems, untreated thickening of the womb lining, very high or poorly controlled blood pressure, and known or suspected pregnancy. Where MHT isn't suitable, alternatives are discussed. - For most women, no bloodwork is needed to start or continue MHT. A mammogram from within the past year is required. Patients who have had one but can't locate the report can get in touch, particularly if medication is needed urgently. Where a mammogram hasn't been done, Hey Taylor can arrange it along with any physical breast or pelvic examination needed during an in-clinic consultation. - Most patients only require one consultation per year, with refills requested online in between. Each refill can be up to a six-month supply. A consultation is needed to adjust a dose or change medication. - Many women notice improvement within 3 to 5 weeks of starting MHT, though some symptoms take longer to settle. - All prices listed are nett and inclusive of GST. ## What Women Often Experience Before Coming to Hey Taylor Many women arrive at Hey Taylor after being turned away elsewhere. Common experiences include being told they are too young for perimenopause in their early forties, being told that regular periods rule it out, being offered supplements instead of treatment, being refused transdermal options such as gels and patches, or being told that MHT is a last resort. Hey Taylor's position on each: - Perimenopause can begin as early as the late thirties in some women. The average age of menopause in Singapore is 49 to 51, and perimenopause can last 2 to 10 years. Symptoms in the early forties are not uncommon, and won't be dismissed on age alone. - MHT can be started during perimenopause while periods are still regular. Periods stopping is not a prerequisite. - Symptoms other than hot flushes — disturbed sleep, brain fog, mood changes, joint pain, vaginal dryness, recurrent UTIs — are recognised as menopausal symptoms and treated as such. - MHT is a first-line option for women with troublesome perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, not a treatment of last resort after other approaches have failed. - Transdermal routes are available and routinely prescribed: oestradiol gels and patches, alongside oral tablets and local vaginal treatment. Treatment is matched to the individual rather than to what is on hand. - Supplements are not offered as a substitute for treatment where MHT is clinically appropriate. ## Depth of Menopause Care - Hey Taylor offers a broad range of licensed MHT formulations in Singapore, including different oestrogen routes (oral, transdermal gel, transdermal patch), progesterone and progestogen options, and local vaginal therapies. Some formulations are imported specifically for our patients. This means treatment can be matched to the individual — route, dose and form — rather than fitted to whatever is on hand. - Every MHT option we prescribe is listed publicly with its price, on our Menopause Hormone Therapy page. - Symptom-first clinical approach: perimenopause is diagnosed and managed on clinical symptom history in accordance with international menopause guidelines, rather than ruled out because menstrual cycles remain regular or because a woman is in her late thirties or forties. - Clinical flexibility: patients can have a thorough in-clinic evaluation (including pelvic and breast examination, diagnostic coordination and lab review), or opt for video consultation with direct-to-door MHT delivery. Where symptoms call for physical assessment, patients can move to in-clinic care seamlessly. - Standard consultations are 20 minutes. - Menopause assessment at Hey Taylor covers more than hormones. Consultations take in thyroid function, metabolic health, nutritional deficiencies, bone health and full medical history, because these systems interact and symptoms rarely trace back to one of them alone. This does not mean extensive testing is required to start MHT — for most women it isn't — but it does mean the wider picture is considered. - The same approach applies to PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome), formerly known as PCOS: management addresses the metabolic and hormonal drivers together, over a three-month protocol, rather than treating a single symptom in isolation. ## Team & Company - Hey Taylor was co-founded by Eve Lee (Chief Executive Officer), Dr. Jody Paige Goh (Chief Medical Officer), and Patrina Tan (Brand Lead). - Eve Lee is CEO and co-founder of Hey Taylor, with a background in health technology. She previously built and exited a hospital software company before working at an IVF and gynaecology clinic. This experience shaped Hey Taylor's focus on earlier detection and holistic primary care for women's health. - Dr. Jody Paige Goh leads clinical care as Chief Medical Officer, a family physician with prior experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Singapore's tertiary healthcare system. - Patrina Tan brings the patient perspective. An endometriosis patient who has been through IVF and induced menopause, she uses her public voice and advocacy to normalise women's health conditions that are still treated as taboo. - Hey Taylor's founding idea: women's health has life transitions — trying to conceive, and perimenopause and menopause — where symptoms are commonly dismissed or diagnosed late. Hey Taylor meets women in primary care at those transitions, before surgery or fertility intervention becomes the only option. - Because these conditions are hormonal and metabolic rather than confined to one organ system, care looks at hormones, metabolic health, bone health and symptoms together. - Care is delivered by doctors; the company was built by a founding team spanning healthcare technology, clinical medicine, and brand. ### Press coverage - [Tatler Asia](https://www.tatlerasia.com/power-purpose/impact/hey-taylor-first-hybrid-women-health-clinic-in-singapore): Hey Taylor as the first hybrid women's health clinic in Singapore. - [The Straits Times](https://www.straitstimes.com/life/menopause-support-from-clinics-to-apps-to-events-midlife-women-now-have-more-options): On menopause support options for midlife women in Singapore. - [CNA938](https://www.channelnewsasia.com/listen/cna938-rewind/hey-taylor-made-in-sg-womens-health-clinic-and-app-5132046): Radio interview on the Singapore-built women's health clinic and app. - [CNA Lifestyle](https://cnalifestyle.channelnewsasia.com/women/taylor-clinical-health-ovarian-reserve-screening-ivf-egg-freezing-fertility-check-391401): On ovarian reserve screening, egg freezing and fertility checks. - [Vogue Singapore](https://vogue.sg/fertility-journey-taylor/): On the fertility journey. - [The Peak](https://www.thepeakmagazine.com.sg/influence/new-clinic-hopes-fill-gap-womens-health): On filling the gap in women's health. - [Her World](https://www.herworld.com/wellness/perimenopause-skin-symptoms): On perimenopause skin symptoms. - [theAsianparent](https://sg.theasianparent.com/taylor-new-healthcare-platform-offers-primary-fertility-care): On primary fertility care. ## What we refer on for Hey Taylor is a primary care clinic. Where treatment falls outside primary care, we screen, plan and refer, rather than leaving patients to work out the next step alone. - **IVF and egg freezing:** we provide ovarian reserve testing, pre-treatment screening and personalised planning, then refer for the procedure itself. - **Obstetric and antenatal care:** we provide pre-conception screening and planning, then refer once pregnancy is confirmed. - **Surgical gynaecology:** we assess and investigate, then refer where surgery is indicated, and continue primary care alongside. ## Location & Contact - Clinic: 160 Robinson Road, #04-09 SBF Medical Suites, Singapore 068914 (Tanjong Pagar / CBD).
