What happens after you book

After completing your booking, you will receive a link for appointment scheduling and a brief fertility questionnaire. On your scheduled date, simply have your injections ready, and your nurse will arrive at your home to administer your injections. 

What is the Home Injection service about?

During the egg freezing and IVF process, you often need to self-inject medications, usually in your abdomen or buttocks. To ease this part of your journey, we offer a service where our nurse comes to your home to give these injections for you, making sure each one is done right and comfortably, taking some of the worry off your shoulders.

No preparation required, but please note that all injections should be prescribed by your fertility doctor and be available at your home

Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase. Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund. Taylor reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any cancellations / refunds except in the following scenarios:

• The patient is medically unable to complete the service    
• System errors resulting in duplicated orders or order errors    
• Taylor is unable to provide the service purchased        
• Any cancellation request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and at least 3 days prior to the appointment date.    
• Except in special cases, there would be no cancellations / refunds as long as the service has started
• Please note that Taylor does not allow for any cancellations due to change of mind. We seek your understanding for this.
